What if you want to return an order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt and to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. These are our conditions:

• Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories in its original condition and undamaged packaging. • We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Excluded from the right of return are:

• Hygiene products. For these products, we guarantee that the buyer receives an unused product. No right of return is possible for these. This includes the following product group(s): Pillows
• Custom-made products. These are products that have been custom-ordered specifically for you and are not characterized as stock products. This includes the following product groups: mattresses, bed bases, bedsteads, and box springs.
